The Boss - Rep. J.C. Watts, Jr., hits the road this week to return to his native Oklahoma, this time for good. After announcing his retirement from Congress in July at the tender age of 44, Watts has decades of public service still ahead of him, if not in public office. We both started on Capitol Hill in January 1995--he as a freshman member, I as an intern. I've had the great privilege of working for him for nearly four years since he joined the leadership in 1999.
